The Board of Directors is comprised of Superintendents of Schools and school board representatives from our member communities: School Administrative Units #5 (Durham, Lee, and Madbury), #44 (Northwood, Nottingham, and Strafford), #56 (Somersworth and Rollinsford), #61 (Farmington and Middleton), #64 (Milton and Wakefield), and #74 (Barrington).

The Board of Directors appoints the Executive Director to administer the operation of Strafford Learning Center. Program Directors serve as the contact personnel for school districts and, with the Executive Director, supervise the staff of 60+ employees.

|
The staff offers a broad range of knowledge and expertise to special education teams at the request of a staff member or the local school team. The administrative staff often is called to act as consultants themselves. All maintain multiple certifications or licensure and offer the benefit of experience with Strafford Learning Center.

Our staff may be found providing services in the majority of schools within Strafford County. Our administration building is located in Somersworth.
